About Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy is an evolutionary process that helps a person look at long-standing attitudes, thoughts, and behaviors that get in the way of healthy relationships and good quality of life. It helps to uncover the root cause of problems, resulting in more long-term changes of how we view ourselves and the world. Ultimately, psychotherapy aims to empower individuals by freeing them from unconscious triggers or impulses, through increased self-awareness. 

Sessions (in-person or via zoom), provide a safe, confidential, judgment free environment to explore and gain insights into who we truly are, and what might be getting in the way of unfolding our true potential.
