In addition to my therapy services, I’m passionate about supporting and educating others around the importance of self-care—not as a luxury, but as a vital part of emotional, physical, and mental health. Thoughtful self-care is an essential element of holistic wellbeing, and can support the therapeutic process in deep and meaningful ways.

In a world that often prioritises doing over being, taking time to slow down, rest, and reconnect with ourselves can feel unfamiliar—even radical. Yet creating small, mindfulness-based rituals of care is one of the most powerful ways we return to ourselves. In these simple, intentional moments—of stillness, scent, texture, and reflection—we cultivate presence, restore energy, and begin to feel truly alive again.

While I no longer stock products directly, I’m happy to source and curate personalised self-care packages tailored to your needs. These may include items such as creative writing journals, clay pebble diffusers, or hand-poured candles—simple tools to help create space for rest, reflection, and reconnection.
